Christendom College Founder Dr. Warren Carroll Buried on Front Royal Campus

Dr. Warren H. Carroll, founder of Christendom College, was buried on the College's Front Royal, Va., campus on July 26, following his funeral Mass at All Saints Parish of Manassas, Va. Carroll, a renowned author and teacher of history, died in his home after receiving last rites on July 17. Christendom College Founder Dr. Warren H. Carroll Dies at 79

Warren H. Carroll, Founding and First President of Christendom College and Chairman of its History Department for its first twenty-five years, died on Sunday, July 17. Aged 79, he received last rites prior to his death in his home. Carroll was in a weakened condition having suffered several strokes in the last several years and was recovering from pneumonia. Cardinal Arinze and Others Address Hot Bioethical Topics at Christendom College

Christendom College held a one-day conference on Catholic bioethics featuring renowned speakers including Francis Cardinal Arinze, Bishop Robert Morlino, Dr. Janet Smith, and Rev. Tadeusz Pacholczyk.  The conference, held on July 9, drew close to 300 attendees who enjoyed presentations on the full range of life issues – from reproductive health to embryonic stem cell research.
