The students enthusiasm for their studies, and the good community of fellow faculty members.
What are your areas of expertise and/or research? Medieval Europe, in general; the Crusades, Byzantine-Latin relations in particular
Where have you been published?
I've presented scholarly papers at various professional conferences including the Midwest Medieval History Conference, the International Congress on Medieval Studies and the Crusades Studies Forum. I am currently preparing an article for submission as well.
