Director of Student Affairs
Amanda Graf graduated from the University of Illinois in 2008 with a degree in print journalism and from the George Washington University with a Masters of Arts in Education in 2015. Following undergrad, she served as a full-time Catholic missionary with FOCUS, the Fellowship of Catholic University Students. She joined the Christendom community in the fall of 2011 as the Director of Residence Life. Now the Director of Student Affairs, she supervises and supports all departments in Student Life as they seek to form young men and women on campus.

Dean of Students
Tim Judge graduated from George Mason University in 2008 with a degree in Arts and Visual Technology. He served as a full-time Catholic missionary with FOCUS at the Temple University, then as the Assistant Campus Minister at Marymount University and recently the Coordinator of Youth Ministry at Holy Trinity in Gainesville Virginia. He is married to Danni (07’) and they have been blessed with three children. As the Dean of Students, he is primarily responsible for fostering formation, character development, personal growth among the students as well as implementing the Student Code of Conduct as it is outlined in the Student Handbook.

Director of Student Activities
Marilyn was raised in Olympia, Washington and graduated from Christendom College with a B.A. in History in 2014. During her time at Christendom she served as a Residence Assistant and returned in 2015 to be the Residence Director. In her new role as the Director of Student Activities, Marilyn oversees all club and student events in addition to the Student Activities Council. In her free time, Marilyn enjoys spontaneous adventures, creative projects and quality time with people.

Tim was raised in Northern Virginia along with his five younger siblings. He graduated from Christendom in 2017 with a B.A. in Philosophy. During his time at Christendom, he volunteered on the Student Activities Council, served as an RA, and ran cross country. He is very excited to work at Christendom, and he is looking forward to working with the students and fostering community as the men’s Residence Director. His favorite color is blue or red (he’s never decided).

Alexandra graduated from Christendom College in 2017 with a B.A. in English Language and Literature. While a student, she served as a Resident Assistant, the Editor in Chief of Christendom’s student publication The Rambler, an academic tutor, and a policy intern for the Pennsylvania Department of Health. She loved working with her fellow students and is excited for her new role in the Christendom community as female Residence Director. When not at work, Alexandra likes to read children’s literature, bake, and get up for the sunrise.

Rome Program Director
Katy was raised in Northwest Ohio and graduated from John Carroll University in 2003 with a Psychology major and Communications minor. In 2009 she obtained her Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from the University of Toledo. She has experience in Residence Life as well as in both planning and participating in study abroad programs to Canada and the United Kingdom. In her free time, Ms. Ott likes to read, cook, study Italian, and learn about the world through travel.

Rome Residence Director
Mark Turner was born in Tokyo, Japan and has lived the majority of his life in Fredericksburg, Virginia which he calls home. Mark has always enjoyed traveling and found many opportunities at Christendom to travel. Mark participated in two mission trips abroad, the college’s St. Columcille Summer Institute in Ireland in 2013, the Rome Program Spring of 2014, and graduated with a BA in History in 2015. Following graduation Mark hiked the Camino de Santiago in Spain, and loves exploring new places. He worked for State Farm Insurance in Virginia for the year following graduation. Mark looks forward to returning to Rome to work with you all. “The world is a book, and those who do not travel read only a page.” ~ St. Augustine.

Rome Residence Coordinator
Elizabeth Rensch is from Williston, Vermont and graduated from Christendom in May 2017 with a BA in Philosophy. Elizabeth experienced Christendom’s Rome program during the Fall of 2015, taking that opportunity to explore cities such as Venice, Paris, Salzburg and others. Her favorite country is Ireland, which she visited during the St. Columcille Summer Institute. Besides traveling, Elizabeth loves to play softball, swim, draw and play poker. Elizabeth is very excited to be a part of your semester as you experience the culture, faith and mystery found in Rome and Europe.
