Christendom College is co-teaming with alumnus Joe Long ’12 and his tour company, ProRome Tours, for a special Lenten pilgrimage to Italy this coming spring as part of the college’s forty-fifth anniversary celebrations. Welcoming alumni, faculty, staff, family and friends of the college for the trip, the pilgrimage will take guests on an unforgettable ten days across Italy, including a special forty-fifth anniversary celebration event in Rome.

Christendom has deep ties to Italy, especially through the college’s Semester in Rome, which is celebrating its twenty-fifth anniversary this year. This pilgrimage, which will occur on March 6-16, will give guests the opportunity to experience a taste of what students experience each semester, with visits planned for Rome, Assisi, Florence, and Orvieto.

On the trip, guests can expect daily private Masses celebrated by alumnus Fr. Joseph Mary D. Brown, C.S.J. ‘85, four-star hotels and beautiful religious guesthouses, as well as a variety of tours and excursions led by Italy’s best Catholic guides, including a tour of Saint Peter’s Basilica with Christendom President Dr. Timothy O’Donnell. The pilgrimage will also include a special forty-fifth anniversary celebration in the Eternal City, which will feature VIP guests and an exclusive talk.

The pilgrimage is open to alumni, faculty, staff, family, and friends of the College. Space is limited so interested guests are encouraged to register now.
