Christendom College’s online classes platform has been named a Gold Winner in the prestigious MarCom Awards, as announced by the organization earlier this week. Christendom was recognized alongside international creative agencies, Fortune 500 companies and other institutions of higher education, highlighting the high quality of the platform’s concept, design and production.
The online classes platform, which was relaunched last year with a redesigned website and expanded course offerings, has continued to grow in both reach and recognition over the past year, with the Gold MarCom Award marking the most significant honor the platform has received to date.
The MarCom Awards, one of the oldest, largest, and most respected creative competitions in the world, are judged by industry professionals who look for companies and individuals “whose talent exceeds a high standard of excellence and whose work serves as a benchmark for the industry,” according to MarCom. Christendom was recognized alongside numerous other organizations, including Meta, Comcast, Vanderbilt University, Bank of America, Villanova University, and Hilton.
Since its relaunch, thousands from around the world have registered for Christendom’s free online courses. Accessible on both desktop and mobile devices, the platform features offerings such as Dr. Mark Wunsch’s “Proving God’s Existence,” Professor Mary Stanford’s “Theology of the Body,” and Dr. Andrew Whitmore’s “Becoming a Saint: Wisdom from Aquinas to Grow in Virtue.”
These courses, along with others, are intended to help people everywhere come to better know and love the Catholic Faith, reflecting Christendom’s longstanding mission to form lay Catholics in the truths of faith and reason and to equip them to live out the truth with confidence and clarity.
This is the second MarCom Award the college has received, following Christendom’s Instaurare Magazine also being honored by the organization in 2023.
