Christendom College will welcome guests for its 2026 Summer Conference focusing on the topic, “Faith and Science: From Wonder to Human Genius,” occurring this coming August. The conference will explore the topic of faith and science with leading Catholic thinkers, including Stephen Barr, Fr. Tad Pachozlczyk, David Deavel, John Cuddeback and others, all gathered to help rediscover how human genius, rightly ordered, can serve truth, culture, and the dignity of the human person.
In a modern world that often pits faith against science, Christendom College will instead invite guests to a weekend of intellectual renewal exploring the deep harmony between the two. As technology advances at a rapid pace — prompting new questions about what it means to be human in an age of artificial intelligence — the Christendom Summer Conference will offer thoughtful reflection on the wonder of creation through lectures, Mass, and fellowship with fellow Catholics, all set in the beauty of Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley.
Attendees will have the option to purchase either a Main Conference ticket or a 3-Day VIP ticket for the conference. Those who purchase the Main Conference ticket will have access to inspiring talks on Saturday, August 8, including ones from Fr. Tad Pacholczyk, a panel discussion featuring Dr. Douglas Dailey, Dr. Greg Townsend, and Dr. Matthew Tsakanikas, a two-track lecture series from Dr. John Cuddeback and Dr. Eric Jenislawski, and a lecture from Dr. Stephen Barr. Attendees will also have the opportunity to attend the beautiful liturgy of the Mass in Christ the King Chapel, celebrated by Fr. Pacholczyk. A catered lunch will be provided as well.
Those who opt for the VIP ticket will enjoy all of the Main Conference benefits, in addition to two bonus addresses from Dr. David Deavel and Dr. Harrison Schmitt on Friday and Saturday night respectively. VIP ticketholders will also enjoy exquisite meals prepared by the college’s award-winning chef on Friday and Saturday evening, exclusive social events, and the chance to attend vespers and witness the swinging of Christendom’s famed botafumeiro on Friday evening in Christ the King Chapel.
