Amanda Graf
Vice President for Student Affairs
Amanda Graf graduated from the University of Illinois in 2008 with a degree in print journalism and from the George Washington University with a Masters of Arts in Education in 2015. Following undergrad, she served as a full-time Catholic missionary with FOCUS, the Fellowship of Catholic University Students. She joined the Christendom community in the fall of 2011 as the Director of Residence Life. Now the Vice President for Student Affairs, she supervises and supports all departments in Student Life as they seek to form young men and women on campus.

Tim Cook
Dean of Students
Tim Cook graduated from Christendom College in 2017 with a B.A. in Philosophy and from the Christendom Graduate School with an M.A. in Theology in 2019. Following undergrad, he served as the men’s Residence Director at Christendom for three years before moving on to teach middle school and high school history, math, and Latin. After teaching, Tim worked in door-to-door sales for Roofsimple in Front Royal. He returned to Christendom in 2022 to serve as the Dean of Students, serving the day-to-day needs of all students while they are enrolled, with a particular focus on student formation and upholding the code of conduct.

Pam Plasberg
Director of Residence Life
Pam Plasberg graduated from Grand Valley State University in Allendale, Michigan, with a B.S. in Biopsychology and a M.S. in Physical Therapy. She also has a Certification in the Apostolate of Catholic Youth Ministry through the Catholic Diocese of Arlington Virginia and Franciscan University of Steubenville. She has previously served as adjunct faculty at Shenandoah University as well as a variety of positions as a physical therapist. She is married to Chris and they have been blessed with two sons. Pam enjoys bicycling, hiking, cooking, and making corded rosaries. As the Director of Residence Life, she is primarily responsible for overseeing the residential and community life on campus to enhance student development and learning, fostering the formation of the student body, and implementing the Student Code of Conduct.

Marilyn Charba
Director of Student Activities
Marilyn was raised in Olympia, Washington and graduated from Christendom College with a B.A. in History in 2014. During her time at Christendom she served as a Residence Assistant and returned in 2015 to be the Residence Director. In her new role as the Director of Student Activities, Marilyn oversees all club and student events in addition to the Student Activities Council. In her free time, Marilyn enjoys spontaneous adventures, creative projects and quality time with people.

Samuel Morales
Residence Director
Samuel Morales is from Woodbridge, VA, and graduated from Christendom in May 2020 with a BA in English Literature & Language. During his time at Christendom, he worked in the Student Life Office and in his final two years as a Resident Assistant. He previously worked as both a missionary for Seton Teaching Fellows in New York and also as the Rome Coordinator for Christendom’s Rome Program. He is an avid cinema enthusiast and loves to spend time playing the guitar. Samuel is excited to be working as the Male Residence Director and to better serve the young men who come to this school during some of their most formative years.

Therese Cruz
Residence Director
Therese Cruz was born and raised in sunny San Diego, California, and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Christendom in 2023 with a B.A. in Theology and a minor in Sacred Music. During her time as a student, she served on the Student Activities Council and as a Resident Assistant and loved participating in Christendom’s vibrant culture. She enjoys music, dancing, traveling, walks, reading, and puzzles. Therese is so excited to be serving as the Female Residence Director and to have this opportunity to help the women of Christendom experience a fully integrated Catholic community!

Katy Ott
Rome Program Director
Katy was raised in Northwest Ohio and graduated from John Carroll University in 2003 with a Psychology major and Communications minor. In 2009 she obtained her Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from the University of Toledo. She has experience in Residence Life as well as in both planning and participating in study abroad programs to Canada and the United Kingdom. In her free time, Ms. Ott likes to read, cook, study Italian, and learn about the world through travel.

Giulianna Hudson
Rome Residence Coordinator
Giulianna Hudson is from Manassas, Virginia and graduated from Christendom College in 2021 with a BA in Political Science. After the wonderful experience she had with the Christendom study-abroad program in 2019 (the last fully opened semester in Italy since COVID-19), she realized the growth and joy that comes from travel. She enjoys sports, photography, and adventure through both novels and new experiences. Giulianna is excited to return to the Eternal City and be a part of what will surely be a life changing and thrilling experience for all of you.

Elizabeth Smith
Rome Residence Coordinator
Elizabeth Smith was raised in Winchester, Virginia. In 2021, she graduated from Christendom College with a B.A. in philosophy and now continues her studies in philosophy at the Pontifical University of St. Thomas Aquinas. Elizabeth is excited to assist in the unique formation offered in the Christendom Rome Semester. She hopes to facilitate each student’s growth as Catholics, learners, and individuals. In her spare time, Elizabeth can be found playing music or enjoying the outdoors.
