Vice President for Student Affairs
Amanda Graf graduated from the University of Illinois in 2008 with a degree in print journalism and from the George Washington University with a Masters of Arts in Education in 2015. Following undergrad, she served as a full-time Catholic missionary with FOCUS, the Fellowship of Catholic University Students. She joined the Christendom community in the fall of 2011 as the Director of Residence Life. Now the Vice President for Student Affairs, she supervises and supports all departments in Student Life as they seek to form young men and women on campus.

Dean of Students
Tim Judge graduated from George Mason University in 2008 with a degree in Arts and Visual Technology. He served as a full-time Catholic missionary with FOCUS at the Temple University, then as the Assistant Campus Minister at Marymount University and recently the Coordinator of Youth Ministry at Holy Trinity in Gainesville Virginia. He is married to Danni (07’) and they have been blessed with four children. As the Dean of Students, he is primarily responsible for fostering formation, character development, personal growth among the students as well as implementing the Student Code of Conduct as it is outlined in the Student Handbook.

Director of Student Activities
Marilyn was raised in Olympia, Washington and graduated from Christendom College with a B.A. in History in 2014. During her time at Christendom she served as a Residence Assistant and returned in 2015 to be the Residence Director. In her new role as the Director of Student Activities, Marilyn oversees all club and student events in addition to the Student Activities Council. In her free time, Marilyn enjoys spontaneous adventures, creative projects and quality time with people.

Director of Residence Life
Alexandra Cook graduated from Christendom College in 2017 with a B.A. in English Language and Literature. For three years, Alexandra served as the Women’s Residence Director at Christendom, and she loved living and working so closely the students in the residence halls–everything from one on one conversations to campus-wide Dorm Wars competitions. In her role as Director of Residence Life, Alexandra oversees all aspects of residential life and housing and, in particular, works with and trains the Resident Assistants throughout the year. She loves assisting with women’s formation on campus and helping to foster community life at Christendom. Alexandra and her husband Tim (’17) live in the Shenandoah Valley.

James Foeckler graduated Magna Cum Laude with the class of 2020 earning first honors with a major in Philosophy and a minor in Mathematics. While at Christendom he was involved with many different programs in the school including the Theatre program when he played the lead role in An Evening of Shakespeare, the Student Activities Council as Athletic Affairs Assistant, the Chaplaincy as an altar server, and Athletics, captaining the Soccer team for two of the four years he played and also spending a semester with the Rugby sevens team as they competed at Nationals. Additionally, he worked several jobs for the college including four years for Operations, and working for Student Life as a Resident Assistant and Head Resident Assistant his senior year. His interests include sports, especially soccer and just about anything involving competition, baking, movies and literature.

Isabel Meteyer ’20 graduated Cum Laude and majored in Theology. During her time at Christendom, Isabel was a Resident Assistant and stronghold group leader for her junior and senior years, as well as being a part of stage crew for the Christendom Player productions all four years. In her time away from school, Isabel worked in high school ministry, and was the Assistant Director of Youth Ministry for a parish in the Arlington Diocese. Isabel loves the Blue Ridge Mountains, iced coffee, card games with friends, and the Washington Capitals! Isabel is thrilled to be serving as the Female Residence Director and to help the students have a fruitful and happy experience living in the residence halls.

Rome Program Director
Katy was raised in Northwest Ohio and graduated from John Carroll University in 2003 with a Psychology major and Communications minor. In 2009 she obtained her Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from the University of Toledo. She has experience in Residence Life as well as in both planning and participating in study abroad programs to Canada and the United Kingdom. In her free time, Ms. Ott likes to read, cook, study Italian, and learn about the world through travel.

Rome Residence Director
Elizabeth Rensch is from Williston, Vermont and graduated from Christendom in May 2017 with a BA in Philosophy. Elizabeth experienced Christendom’s Rome program during the Fall of 2015, taking that opportunity to explore cities such as Venice, Paris, Salzburg and others. Her favorite country is Ireland, which she visited during the St. Columcille Summer Institute. Besides traveling, Elizabeth loves to play softball, swim, draw and play poker. Elizabeth is very excited to be a part of your semester as you experience the culture, faith and mystery found in Rome and Europe.

Rome Residence Coordinator
Paul Flagg is a native of Bedford, VA and graduated from Christendom College in 2017 with a BA in Political Science. After visiting Rome for his semester abroad, Paul saw the great importance of travel and study, especially while living in the heart of the Church. He is an avid guitar player and enjoys adventuring in the mountains most of the time. Paul looks forward to aiding students during their semester abroad to the best of his abilities and hopes that through the experience, everyone, including himself, can have a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationship with Christ (And have a blast doing it!).
