Dear Christendom Community,

I would like to share with you a new item that we will be incorporating into our organic diet. Just wanted to let you know it is an exciting new item in the market today…Thresher Shark Loins.  This is a fresh wild caught product of USA. We will use the shark meat in our daily preparations. The steaks cut from the loin of Thresher Sharks have the same texture and flavor as swordfish. We present this fish on our menu for next Friday, November 10th, 2017 with a mango salsa.
