Commencement 2020

Please Note: Given updated guidelines from President Trump, a “stay in place” order from Virginia’s governor, Ralph Northam, which, at this time, extends through June 10, and for the safety and well-being of our Christendom Community, Christendom College will extend “online-only” instruction and keep the residential aspects of its programs closed for the remainder of the semester. This step is an extremely painful one, especially when thinking of our Senior Class. Commencement Exercises are postponed and will be held on campus for our Senior Class and their families at a date yet to be determined, hopefully in late Spring or early summer. We will communicate more information as soon as possible regarding a new date, as circumstances permit. Please check christendom.edu/virus for the latest updates.

Celebrating the Wonderful Members of our 41st Graduating Class!

Christendom College will hold its 41st Commencement Weekend on May 15-17, 2020.

The commencement ceremonies will be held on our Front Royal, Virginia, campus. Get information about traveling to Christendom here or download a campus map here. Please note: the Graduation Dinner will be held off-campus at the Shenandoah Valley Country Club (find directions here).

Please note: some events during Commencement Weekend, including the Baccalaureate Mass, the Commencement Exercises, and the Commencement Reception, are ticketed events. If you are a graduating senior, you will have received more information on these ticketed events. Graduates will receive a packet with all of their requested tickets the week of graduation.

All questions in regards to Commencement Weekend may be directed to graduation@christendom.edu.
