Applying to the Center

Application requirements are applicable to the Master of Public Policy degree in the Center for Public Policy.


Application Deadline

Admissions are determined on a rolling basis. Applications for enrollment in the Fall 2026 semester must be submitted by August 18, 2026.


Programs Begin

Fall 2026—all programs in the M.P.P. take place online.


Required for application to the M.P.P. program

  1. Completion of the online M.P.P. application
  2. A baccalaureate degree (B.A. or B.S.) from an accredited institution
  3. Official transcripts of all post-secondary academic work
  4. Professional CV/resume
  5. Two letters of recommendation that speak to your academic and/or professional experience that would make it possible for you to succeed in this program and in the field of educational philosophy and leadership.
  6. A statement of purpose explaining why you want to pursue an M.P.P. at the Center for Public Policy (maximum 300 words).
  7. A $100 application fee payable online via checking account or credit card.

Transcripts

Unofficial transcripts from all post-secondary institutions should be uploaded with your electronic application. An admitted student will be directed and required to submit official transcripts from all post-secondary institutions that he or she has attended. Transcripts must be sent directly from the institution you attended to the Center for Public Policy. Instructions for submitting transcripts will be provided upon admission to the Center.


Test Requirements

A GRE score (or other standardized test score) is not required for application or admission to the Center for Public Policy.
