
Starting in February, Christendom College philosophy professor Dr. John Cuddeback will offer a free quarter-long class through the Institute of Catholic Culture. A new initiative of the Institute, which regularly features Christendom professors in its popular lecture series, Cuddeback’s course will be an eighteen-hour introduction to philosophy. Christendom professors Dr. William Marshner and Dr. Timothy O’Donnell are also featured in this spring’s lecture series.
Cuddeback’s philosophy course, which the Institute describes as “a life-changing opportunity,” will be held on Tuesdays from February 4 – April 8, at 7:00 p.m. in the school building of Holy Spirit Catholic Church located at 8800 Braddock Road, Annandale, VA 22003.
Dr. William Marshner, professor of theology, will deliver a four-part lecture series entitled “History of Heresy & Road to Orthodoxy: A Study of the Early Councils of the Church.” The series will be held on February 6, 13, 20 and 27 at 7:30 p.m. at Holy Transfiguration Church Hall, located at 8501 Lewinsville Road, McLean, VA 22102.
Dr. Timothy O’Donnell, Christendom College president and professor of history and theology, will deliver a two-part lecture series entitled “Christ in the Cosmos: St. John’s Book of Glory.” The lecture will be held on April 3 and 10 at 7:30 p.m. at St. Ambrose Church Hall, located at 3901 Woodburn Road, Annandale, VA 22003.
