Christendom College will welcome bestselling author and nationally-recognized speaker Dr. Ryan Anderson to the college this coming spring, as he will teach a course titled “The Crisis of Modernity” to students.
Anderson, who is the William E. Simon senior research fellow at The Heritage Foundation, recently spoke at Christendom on his latest work, When Harry Became Sally: Responding to the Transgender Movement, a bestselling book that discusses one of the 21st century’s most hot-button issues. Anderson will likely delve into that topic and more in his class, which is expected to be one of the most popular courses offered at Christendom in 2019.
The author of Truth Overruled, Anderson’s research has been cited by two U.S. Supreme Court justices, Justice Samuel Alito and Justice Clarence Thomas, in two Supreme Court cases. Anderson has made appearances on ABC, CNN, MSNBC, and Fox News, and his work has appeared in the New York Times, the Washington Post, the Wall Street Journal, and the National Review.
