The Experience Christendom Summer Program is the most popular, well-attended, and highly ranked pre-college summer program of its kind. This week-long program immerses participants in the academics, spiritual life, and Catholic culture of Christendom, while at the same time, giving the students a chance to experience what life would be like as a student at the college. Participants take classes from Christendom’s faculty, and participate in fun activities such as canoeing and hiking in the Shenandoah Valley, performing in a talent show, playing dodgeball, participating in a parliamentary style debate, and learning to contra and swing dance, all while making friends with other young Catholics along the way.

For a limited time, the normal cost of $500 can be drastically reduced to just $350 when students register between now and Epiphany and use the promo code Christmas19. Although the college expects to fill all 5 sessions this summer, the admissions office is eager to let families buy these very valuable week-long sessions as Christmas gifts this year.

“The program has been successful for so many years because it immerses students in a fully Catholic culture for a week and shows high school participants how the Faith, in a beautiful, joyful, and authentic way, informs all aspects of life including the intellectual, personal, spiritual, and social,” says Director of Admissions, Sam Phillips.

According to participants over the years, nothing is better than the Best Week Ever.

“Never before have I been so fully and joyfully immersed in such an authentic Catholic culture as Christendom is able to provide,” said participant Nicholas W. “The classes, the beautiful liturgy, the dances, the exploration of the Shenandoah River, and all the other events created a week that is certainly one of the fullest and most well-balanced of my entire life.”

Eleanor T. shared, “ECSP was one of the best experiences of my life. I genuinely enjoyed every minute of it, and I especially loved interacting with all the wonderful people I met at Christendom.”
