Christendom College’s six varsity fall sports are all scheduled to return this fall, with the first Christendom Crusaders game of the 2020-21 academic year set for August 29. With Christendom returning to in-person classes this fall, each athletic program is excited to return to play after the shortened sports season this past spring.

The 2020 schedule sees a number of exciting matchups for Christendom’s sports teams, including: men’s rugby taking on the University of Virginia and Franciscan University, which finished 2019-20 ranked #2 in the nation;  women’s soccer taking on #3 Johnson & Wales Charlotte; men’s soccer taking on #2 Johnson & Wales Charlotte, #3 Berkeley College New Jersey, and #4 Penn State Brandywine; and women’s volleyball taking on #5 Penn State Beaver and #6 Penn State Mont Alto.

Those marquee matchups lead the way for full sports schedules for each team, with all seasons finishing by the end of October or the first week of November. While each team is expected to play a full sports schedule, the games are also tentative depending on individual school responses to the coronavirus over the course of the fall semester.
