Anne Sullivan, James Foeckler, Isabel Meteyer, and Alexandra (Skuba) Cook all recently joined the staff of Christendom College, filling the roles of donor stewardship coordinator, men’s and women’s residence director, and director of residence life respectively. Each will work to advance the mission of Christendom College, assisting benefactors, students, parents, and others in their roles.

Cook, who recently served the college as women’s residence director for three years, returns now as director of residence life. In her new role, she will oversee all aspects of residential life and housing, while also working with and training college residence assistants throughout the year. Cook, who majored in English language and literature, is a Christendom alumna of the Class of 2017.

Joining her in the college’s Student Life Office will be Foeckler and Meteyer, who both recently graduated with the college’s Class of 2020. In their roles as residence directors, Foeckler and Meteyer will be responsible for providing leadership and direction in the formation of the student body as a whole, working closely with the rest of the Student Life staff in supporting the work of the on-campus resident assistants.

Foeckler, who majored in philosophy with a minor in mathematics, was the head resident assistant his senior year, along with captaining the men’s soccer team and playing on the college’s rugby team. Meteyer, a theology major, also served as a resident assistant, along with working on the stage crew for the Christendom Players and serving as the assistant director of youth ministry for a parish in the Arlington Diocese. Together, Foeckler and Meteyer will use their multitude of experiences to help manage housing on campus, assist students with room changes, and plan various community building activities as well.

In the college’s Advancement Office, Sullivan will serve as the new donor stewardship coordinator for Christendom. She will work to enhance the donor experience through written communications, event coordination, and personal contact that helps strengthen the bonds between Christendom College and its loyal supporters. Sullivan graduated with a degree in philosophy in May after serving the college as its Student Body President her senior year. Sullivan is also joined by Isabella Reilly on the advancement staff, who recently signed on as alumni and gift planning assistant.
