Real estate entrepreneurs and alumni Ben Ferri and Ben McMahon will provide insights to their success on Tuesday, April 24, in the final “Life on Tap” networking event of the spring semester. Held at 7:30 p.m. in Christendom’s St. Kilian’s Café, the alumni will give tips on how to succeed in starting your own business, managing property, and more. Refreshments will be provided, and all are invited to attend.

Ferri and McMahon will be speaking to students about real estate in the latest Life on Tap.

Ben Ferri (’06) is the founder of Inform Real Estate, LLC, working as a listing agent, buyer agent, and running sales. Ferri has a background in property management and real estate, thanks to his time with St. Joseph’s Roofing and Chimney Restoration Services, Inc. Ferri also previously served as an auxiliary officer with Ontario Provincial Police and as a research analyst for Christendom College.

Ben McMahon (’04) is the founder of BSM Properties, a successful real estate and property management company. McMahon, a philosophy major, worked as the co-owner and foreman for Cornerstone Construction following graduation, before becoming the superintendent and property manager for the Schaper Company in Washington, D.C. After leaving Schaper to start his own company, McMahon also became the co-founder of The Mint House, a historic manor home and estate that was used for events.

Students, alumni, faculty, and staff are encouraged to attend this, and all, “Life on Tap” networking events. Due to its popularity, all are encouraged to arrive early as well. To find out more about Life on Tap, click here.
