Christendom’s Best Week Ever high school summer program has filled up at the fastest pace in the history of the program, with every slot for all five weeks now reserved for this coming summer. The record demand — a testament to the increasing popularity of the program in today’s culture — had led to the college’s Admissions Office already implementing a waiting list for each of the five sessions.
“The Best Week Ever continues to be the most popular, well-attended, and highly ranked program of its kind,” says Director of Admissions Sam Phillips. “Students are excited for the joyful Catholic experience that our summer program offers and want to see if Christendom might be the college they wish to pursue.”
During each one-week session, participants take classes from Christendom’s faculty, attend daily Mass and adoration, and participate in a variety of recreational activities. These events include canoeing and hiking in the Shenandoah Valley, performing in a talent show, playing dodgeball, participating in a parliamentary-style debate, and learning to contra and swing dance, all while forming friendships with other young Catholics along the way.
The record-setting news about the Best Week Ever comes on the heels of the Admissions Office also announcing that a waiting list was implemented for admittance in the fall of 2022 at Christendom. Catholic families are eager to find a college where students can learn the Truth, live the Faith, and thrive as Catholics and are pursuing Christendom more than ever.
While a waiting list has been implemented for each of the five sessions of the Best Week Ever, interested rising seniors in high school are still welcome to apply for the chance to attend this summer, in the event of any spots opening up. For more information, please visit www.thebestweekever.com.
