Faculty/Staff Arrival Transportation Form

The Christendom College Transportation Department brings faculty and staff of the college to Dulles International Airport or Vienna Metrorail Station for business-related departures, and picks them up at either location upon their return.

  • For arrivals: please provide the flight number of the last leg of your flight, as well as the City of your Last Connection, in the registration form below. 
    • NOTE: The City of your Last Connection is the city your plane left from to come to Dulles. If you have a direct flight, it will be your originating city. If you have a multi-leg flight, it will be the last city you depart from before arriving at Dulles.
    • For arrivals at the airport, please wait for your driver outside the doors of DOOR #6, NOT at the baggage claim for your flight.
  • You will receive a confirmaton by email when your driver has been scheduled.
    • If you are delayed, please contact the Transportation Manager at (540) 551-9170.
